Colour: Fine ruby colour with bluish highlights.
Nose: Pure and intense fruity nose with black cherry, blackberry and blackcurrant, discrete woody notes, vanilla and brioche
Palate: The attack on the palate is round, delivers a lot of sweetness, reveals melted tannins, velvety and without roughness. The texture is juicy. The finish is powerful and long on ripe fruits. A generous wine with immediate pleasure.

Pairing idea: Entrecôte – Duck breast – Tartare and beef carpaccio – Country terrine –  Pan-fried mushrooms in parsley
