The Cuvée spéciale is the result of a unique elaboration process and a long maturation in vats. This Brut cider, generous and structured, reveals all the quality and authenticity of a pure Breton cider.
This cider is made in accordance with the cider tradition, from cider apples carefully selected in the orchards of Brittany. Kerisac cider mill is committed to preserving the soil and orchards of the Breton soil.
Food Pairing:
The Cuvée spéciale Kerisac brut, gives character to all dishes in sauce, fish, rabbit, and even foie gras.
Serve fresh, between 8 and 10°C
