Duck Gizzards Confit – Les Saules

Ingredients: Fresh mulard duck gizzards, duck fat, Asserac salt, sugar, nutmeg, black pepper.
Notes: Artisanal recipe. 100% Duck from West of France.
Preparation: Heat the gizzards in the pan and cut into slices. Serve warm in a salad with arugula, potatoes and parsley.
