SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery fees and area
HK Island: Delivery is free of charge for an order of 1200 HKD or more, under this amount the delivery charge is 120hkd.
Kowloon: Delivery is free of charge for an order of 1500 HKD or more, under this amount the delivery charge is 150hkd.
New Territories (no outlying islands except Mui Wo): Delivery is free of charge for an order of 2000 HKD or more, under this amount the delivery charge is 200hkd.
Delivery Schedule
We deliver within 24/48h from Tuesday to Sunday.
Delivery hours : 1pm-9pm
You can ask for a specific delivery day and time when placing your order by adding a comment, we will let you know if it is possible or not.
A message will be sent to you in advance to provide you the estimated delivery time.
If no-one’s home during scheduled delivery time, we reserve the right to leave the box(es) at the building reception or in front of the customer’s door at his own responsability.
