Colour: Luminous and fluid colour, golden with lime green highlights with a dense and creamy effervescence.
Nose: The first nose expresses unctuous buttery and greedy perfumes. Then the aromas evolve on notes of ginger, aniseed, fresh mint, pineapple, juicy pear, beeswax and breadcrumbs. The finish is marked by spicy liquorice notes, and an evolution towards quince paste and candied fruit.
Palate: The powerful, fresh and rich attack, with a creamy effervescence is followed by a smooth and lemony texture. The mid-palate is fragrant and delicate with notes of liquorice, pear and apple. The finish opens with notes of tangerine, smoky notes and toast.

Food pairing: To be tried with grilled poultry or a supreme of free-range poultry, but also excellent with fruity Comté cheese, or Cantal cheese.
